MODEL APPOINTMENTS

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Cannot have any previous tattoo or microblading in desired treatment area

• Cannot be pregnant or nursing

• Cannot have any irritation, rash, eczema, or psoriasis in the desired treatment area.

• Cannot have experienced any COVID, Cold, or flu symptoms within the last two weeks. (These symptoms include the following: fever, shortness or loss of breath, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell)

• Please send your information by pressing button below and include your full name, phone number, and photos of the procedure area you are interested in.

• Please make sure that you send clear and high resolution pictures

• Photos should be taken in clear natural light, without any harsh lighting in the background or any direct sunlight
